Our boats are the perfect space to host your next event. From supperclubs and product launches to a more informal canapé setting or meeting room venue, our boats are highly adaptable spaces with a team on hand to help you arrange the perfect event. Located in Paddington East, Paddington West, and Canary Wharf, our three boats are available for private event hire and can comfortably seat up to 30 guests.

Our team will handle all of the planning of your event and additionally, we offer bespoke catering services that are tailored to your specific event requirements. Whether you’re looking for a relaxed lunch, elegant canapés, or a 5-course private dining menu, our experienced team can create the perfect culinary experience to suit your occasion.
We also have a team of skilled bartenders and mixologists to provide the perfect drinks for each event.

- Is there a maximum guest capacity on each boat?
Paddington East which is our largest event space can seat up to x30 guests and x35 guests standing. Canary Wharf can seat up to x20 guests and x25 standing. Lastly our Paddington West location can comfortably seat x12 guests on the rooftop for an Al fresco dining experience.
- Can I bring my own alcohol for my event?
Paddington East: You can bring your own drinks for a corkage cost of £16 per person. Alternatively we have an on board menu and a pre order menu available.
Canary Wharf: We don’t allow corkage on this boat, however we have a fully equipped bar on board with a selection of wines, champagnes and cocktails. We also have
- Do you host Weddings at The Boathouse London?
Yes, we have hosted many wedding lunches and dinners on board and our Paddington East boat is a perfect location for anyone getting married at Marylebone Town Hall. Our team is also available to assist with planning the fine details, including arranging accommodation for the wedding couple on our hotel boat.
- Can I book this boat for a company meeting?
Absolutely! Our Paddington East boat has a large touch screen TV and projector on board to assist with any presentations. We also have flipcharts available and teas, coffees and waters will be provided during your meeting.
- Can I bring my own caterer for the event?
Paddington East: We have a range of fantastic chefs to cater for your events, however, if there is a catering company you’re particularly keen to work with, let the team know – we charge a £150 external catering fee for this. Please do have a look at our sample menus to see what we have available, our chefs are also more than happy to tailor a menu to suit yours and your guests needs.
Canary Wharf: Our Canary Wharf boat is much more suited to cocktails and canapés rather than sit down dining, please do take a look at our sample menus.
